Mesotherapy works differently, but the results are no less impressive. Mesotherapy effectively targets fat deposits, cellulite, stretch marks, wrinkles, acne, and thinning hair. The therapy can be used on the body and face, and medication is injected exactly where you need the treatment to get the best results.
Microneedling is a minimally invasive skin treatment where our qualified estheticians will use fine needles to create small wounds in the skin. Microneedling treats conditions such as acne scarring, fine lines, and wrinkles, stretch marks, pigment issues, pore size, and skin texture. Sometimes referred to as collagen induction therapy (CIT) and skin needling, the procedure centers around its ability to stimulate collagen production.
Mesotherapy is a non-surgical solution that can assist with reducing cellulite, excess weight as well as promoting face and neck rejuvenation. The treatment uses FDA-approved products that are administered via a series of injections. Mesotherapy is also used in reducing pain, as well as replenishing hair loss in men and women.
Both Mesotherapy and Microneedling are treatments that are done in-office using tiny needles, but they’re not the same thing. Mesotherapy injects while Microneedling only makes superficial wounds.
Mesotherapy can be used to treat acne scarring, particularly if the skin surface is pitted. Hyaluronic acid creates volume in the skin while the amino acids and antioxidants offer faster healing as they have an anti-inflammatory effect.
We recommend a course of four to six treatments. The results will last between twelve and eighteen months.
You can expect to see results after the first treatment, especially a week or two afterward; but results vary from person to person.
This depends on your desired outcomes and how your skin responds to the procedure. Microneedling can safely be done every four to six weeks. For collagen induction, this will need at least three treatments. For scar reduction, it usually takes between three and six treatments to see good results.
Our experienced technicians and physicians have a personal, consultative approach to client therapy. We believe in helping you define your desired goals which we use to design a comprehensive treatment plan. We want to be a part of helping you feel good about yourself, both inside and out.

Dr. Shapiro and his team at Reclaim MedSpa have given me my youth back. I’ve had PRP and used their Korean shampoo to help give me back my hair. It’s been thinning for the last few years. The combination of suggestions and treatment from Dr. Shapiro is helping my hair grow back and I couldn’t be more thrilled. I’ve also had the CO2 laser treatment and at 70 years old It took at least ten years off my skin. Amazing!— Peggy Formeister
